Senior Business Analyst

This is your mission

• Conducting requirements analysis and creating analytical artifacts (e.g., diagrams, task descriptions, drawings, tables, etc.).
• Collaborating with the Product Owner and other Business Analysts on requirements elicitation and decomposition.
• Researching and reviewing existing functionality.
• Supporting the development team through active participation in Scrum events and clarifying questions regarding requirements and documentation.

What you bring along

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in obtaining, analyzing, and managing requirements documentation.
• Passion for thoroughly understanding and documenting complex issues.
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and other documentation tools.
• Ability to work with backlogs and prioritize tasks.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and supporting them in reaching consensus.
• Willingness to work in-person at the Wrocław office, an average of 2-3 days per week. Understanding of technical aspects (e.g., API, frontend, backend).

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably in the medical device industry, is a plus (e.g., IEC 62304).
