Senior Product Owner

This is your mission

• Collaborating with development teams, business analysts, product owners and a number of different stakeholders in an international team setup.
• Responsible for understanding use cases, features, business & technical domain rules and overall product goals.
• Create and refine business cases and short, medium and long-term product roadmaps for new initiatives.
• Accountable for the solutions’ by defining user stories and setting the Scrum Team’s backlog priorities ensuring the team delivers value for our business.

What you bring along

• At least 5 years of experience as product owner, software project manager or business analyst in the area of eCommerce and online sales.
• Understanding of software development life cycles and software development methodologies (SCRUM).
• Experience in working with Agile development teams, delivering complex initiatives through iterative development cycles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
• Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to facilitate effective meetings, actively listen, present and explain.
• Superb interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
